Hold this device's microphone near the speaker playing Droidspeak (or run "Send" on another tab/device nearby). Mode is detected automatically — no need to match the sender's selection above.
Encodes text to audio samples and decodes them straight back — no microphone needed. Proves the round trip works, using the mode selected above.
Framing (all modes): PREAMBLE → data symbols → checksum symbols → END. The receiver
figures out which mode is playing from the preamble tone alone. Full details in PROTOCOL.md.
